"The new manager was very welcoming to my son and me. Showed us around the hotel including the gym. The morning manager was super friendly and took time to conect with my son with special needs, ensuring his breakfast was right. The twin room was spacious and a great, powerful shower. The room was warm too. We will be back. Easy reach of Leicester TeamSport go karting. "

"Given the wrong code for key access - no mobile phone reception outside of property - We only had Office contact number - they had to contact property manager - took while for property manager to respond - eventually received text. Television was programmed for eastern Europe which we couldn't change the settings for! (so no television) and the dishwasher refused to close and work - again property manager was slow to respond, said would come to fix but never came. We left keys in the box - perhaps she had the wrong code!! Parking was limited, fine during the day, but after the pubs opened it became impossible to get near the house."
