"Nice house. Slight AC problem, took about 24 hours to get it addressed. House could use a few amenities and a little decor, but overall, a very nice property."

"For the most part, the house was clean. One bedroom looked like the sheets had not been cleaned before we got there. The fan in the master bedroom did not work a little confusing because the light switches are everywhere and many of them do not turn anything on or off. A little disappointed that we had to supply our own toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap after their allotted couple rolls per bathroom. When a house is supposed to hold 20 people, I would think they would supply more for the price. Over all the house is very spacious, beds are a little hard. Make sure to bring any Tupperware or Ziploc bags due to there is none in the house. We paid for pool heat, was not heated the first day we were there, but after that was very warm. The grill needs a good cleaning and overhaul. A TV in each bedroom would be nice and a TV in the second living room would also be a nice addition."

"I stayed with my daughter as we were checking out both Polytech and Tempe Campuses at ASU. The location was great, the neighbors were friendly, and the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. The vanity area in the bedroom was very thoughtful, so the bathroom is free after you shower, so you’re not only tied to the bathroom when getting ready. There is a dog that runs around the property, but she is friendly, her name is Baby. "
