Older looking property from the outside but all the rooms have clearly been renovated. Parking can be a bit tough if it is crowded. Location is good. Staff was friendly but not very interactive. Breakfast was subpar with just some cereal and toast but it was OK. Rooms were clean. Overall, good value in the area and if you want to support local, this will give you the same basic amenities and rooms as the chain places down the street

We are located in a highly desirable area in Mountain View; therefore, parking can be tricky. Nonetheless, we provide convenient parking for our guests and try our best to accommodate all our guests for this facility. Usually, there is always enough space for our guests to find self-parking, and parking is generally not an issue for our guests.It's regrettable to learn that although you found our staff friendly, you did not find our staff very interactive. Our committed team members are known for their excellence in customer service, and we generally receive numerous compliments for our professional, friendly, and helpful staff, so we are sorry you felt that way. We value your candid feedback and will use this insight to facilitate superior guest experiences in the future with the necessary intervention for our staff.While it was our pleasure to offer you a complimentary breakfast to get your day off to a good start, it's unfortunate that our breakfast offering fell short of your expectations. As an independent hotel, we are not required to serve breakfast, but we still do to ensure our guests have something to start their day. Our complimentary breakfast is continental, which only includes coffee, juice, and muffins. However, we want our guests to have something more, so we have cereals, fruits, oatmeal, and bread on our breakfast menu. Our breakfast features everything, barring hot items, that other hotels provide. Also, we do not charge for breakfast in the room rates. By keeping our breakfast simple yet functional, we are able to keep our prices lower than other Mountain View hotels that provide a wide variety of hot items.Despite this, we are glad you had a positive overall experience at our hotel and are sincerely grateful for your endorsement of our property and support for local businesses. Everything was great except the internet connection.... It was super slow and no one was able to help me with that. The hotel outsources the tech help for wifi and the customer service on that line was useless.... the staff at the lobby were very nice but there was nothing they could do about it. Otherwise the hotel is very good

The hotel and its location was good but the experience was ruined by management and the cleaning crew Every morning they would knock before 10am wanting to enter the room and even though I told them I did not want room service they did it anyway. They said they would not take responsibility for stolen items and did not provide a safe, but were adamant they needed to clean the room even if towels were reused They will knock and knock and knock until I literally had to shoo them away. I think they are paranoid and that paranoia made the experience bad.

Rooms are easily accessible to parking lot. I did not notice if there was a elevator to the 2nd floor. Room and bathroom was tidy and clean. One opportunity for improvement is the breakfast. Very simple which I like, however the only options where toast, cereal, and apples to eat and the coffee was horrible and if it wasn't the coffee itself it was the creamer. I did notice white particles floating in my coffee so it may have been stale creamer. I'd also like to see maybe instant oatmeal or bagels for breakfast. It was quiet and very close to downtown that was a plus. Overall, I'd visit again.

Hello Thanks for staying with us and as for the breakfast is concerned it does say that it continental breakfast which is only pastry coffee and juice but we serve more than that and also see the rates we are getting where other hotels who serve more breakfast they charge more than 200.00 a night and the white particles are not stale creamer it is the milk that there in coffee machine we do take care of things and pay attention and aleays make sure everything is fresh

Let me start by saying nobody should be calling to complain at 6PM for "noise disturbance," yet we received multiple calls from the staff in the office that my bf and I were playing music to loud. Second complaint is I felt like we were being micro managed as well as invasion of privacy when we received another call that there were 3 people in our room ? Okay who fucken cares ! Get a fucken life . Worst hotel ever stayed at .

Hotel is nice and clean, really good for the price! the front desk service is pretty good, check-in was super easy, and they did reserve our room that far away from the street per my request. Breakfast is very simple: Including some cupcakes, cereal with milk and apple. The room service started in the late morning around 11am, we did put "Do Not Disturb" card outside the door when we were in our room in the morning, in the afternoon, before we left the room, we put "Please clean room" card outside our door, but when we back our room at night, our room wasn't get cleaned. We only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we still had good experience with this hotel, very convenient for family travel. I will recommend this hotel. If the room service can improve a little bit, I would give this hotel 5 stars! We might visit again if next time we come back to Mountain View.

Upon investigation, we were made aware of the fact that during the time when our housekeeping staff was available, your room had a "Do Not Disturb" on the door, which is why the room was not serviced. Since it was holiday time and the hotel was slow, the housekeeper had gone home early. Also, the manager had passed by the room, and the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up throughout the day, so no service was given. We try to take care of every guest that stays with us; however, certain protocols cannot be broken for privacy and security reasons, and a "Do Not Disturb" tag is one of them. Regarding breakfast, as an independent establishment, we are not required to serve breakfast, but we still do it for our guests to have a good start to the day. Our breakfast is complimentary - we do not include those charges in your room rates. Also, it is mentioned on the booking site that it is a continental breakfast, which only includes coffee, juice, and pastry, but we offer more than that. Despite this, it's great to hear that you recommend our property to prospective guests, and we are truly grateful for the support. Check in was quick and easy. Showers are phenomenal! Great water pressure and cool features. The showers are my favorite part of staying here. The beds are comfortable and the television has ample stations. I used the heat function as it had cooled down sufficiently overnight. Worked well and the room was comfortable. Key cards are old and the sleeves were quite old, used many times. The owner/manager (female) walks around and was staring and watching me when I was walking around stretching after working all day in my room. She also was not kind to the housekeeping staff, talking down to them and belittling them while they were working hard. Breakfast was okay, having it there kept me from having to go out for food. They offered OJ and apple juice, various coffees and hot drinks, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and prepackaged muffins.

Thanks for staying with us and for the great review our staff are good with all employees and as they do not understand English's we have to keep on repeating them and show them and yes when it is check out time she has to stand outside and guide them on who has left and to get the laundry out she has to go and check the room to see that everything is out as they forget to do most of the time she knows what she is doing that does not mean she was watching you if she was rude the staff would not be working there it is good not to judge till you don't know if you thought she was rude you could have spoken to her and asked her

Hello Thanks for staying with us sorry for the inconvenience as this is a small property and we only have 1 handicapped parking we have to work around with the guest who are on wheel chair, in crutches etc most of the time people have a sticker but they are able to walk climb stairs and most of the time they have not booked a handicap room if people are able to walk without any support we do request them not to park in handicapped parking and want every guest to respect that since there is only 1 handicapped parking and leave it for the guest who are on wheel chair or on crutches and hope every guest understands and supports Thanks

Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable, but had a strong musty odor of cleaning product, incense, or bad air freshener. The toilet did not flush well, and the sink had a leak. I mentioned it at check out, but got a “yeah, yeah, we’ll check it out”. Staff is a little abrupt and brusque.

Hello we have to use chemicals as per the requitements and the odor was of the air freshener and as you informed us about the leak we did get it fixed upon check out and she id say yeah she will take care of it as you complained about the staff but why did you not mention they gave you half hour more for late check out

Hello we were not trying to charge you more and when you checked in you said it only 2 people and then there were more people at night on Expedia it is mentioned that only once car parking is free and the 2nd car is additional 10.00 and that what we have charged you and upon check-in we asked you how many people will be there in the room and also when you came to give us your 2nd car information we asked you how many people will be there and you said 2 and then if we notice 4 people at 1.30 AM front desk told you about the charges if only people could be honest upon check-in and not assume that the front desk is not paying attention so late at night is wrong so always see where you are wrong and also check your bank statement and also on Expedia where it is mentioned hotel charges for 2nd car all our policies are mentioned we do not take advantage of any guest

Road-noise was definitely a issue. The office chair wasn't throughly cleaned. Everything else meets my expectation. I was jump scared by the bedclock alarm at 9pm.They should have reset the clock for every guest.
