"The amount of check-in guests sent me to the check-in kiosk. When it worked it I was great. However, the lighting around the kiosks was so dark it was difficult to see the credit card slot, the key information and the key cards when printed. The check-in with our car was even more confusing. After sitting 20 minutes for anyone to help us check in, we never got anyone to help with baggage or car. Finally a parking person approached us. He said for $20 more we could get our car rapidly in the morning checkout. So, having an early flight, I took the deal. What a scam. Nothing made any difference even when paying more."
