"Very friendly cleaning/bell hop staff but not having a microwave in the room is definitely a negative. Pretty clean property but would like the hot tub to stay open past 6pm. We were never able to even use it the entire time of our four night stay as the evening when it would've been very relaxing. Elevators were very slow to open with lines 80% of time. Casino staff were extremely rude, do better. Overall I would rate this a 7/10"
