"Our stay was wonderful except the check in process... it was a little confusing at the self check in and even we asked a female employee for help she was extremely rude and acted as if we were bothering her. She wouldn't let me explain my issue and would talk over me. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Other than that or stay was amazing!"
