"Rooms were clean, beds a little soft but comfortable . The pool was a wonderful break from midday temperatures (hot)! Butterfly area was a treat. Air con worked well! Staff very friendly and helpful! Shower not so good…very little water pressure."

"The room was not as appealing as marketing photos, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well, it’s a lot of steps to get upstairs to check in. The staff was not engaging nor particularly friendly compared to other Belize experiences. Location is excellent with restaurants and tour companies a quick walk away. "

"It was a great room, the bed was slightly firm. No air conditioning in the room was a considerable drawback, but it had multiple ceiling fans. Staff was wonderful. Location is beautiful jungle setting along the river. Very nice."

"10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future! "
