"We had traveled 9 hours and went to the restaurant after checking in. It was 830pm and the restaurant did not close until 10. There were 2 people standing at the hostess station. When asked for a table of 4, she said it would be a 30 minute wait. I looked around and saw many many empty tables and not a lot of business. When I reaponded “really?” her reaponse was “ we need to clean the table”. That would have taken 2-3 minutes and it seemed that they did not want the business so we left."

"The hotel was overpriced and lacked basic supplies like coffee and tea. The mattress was extremely hard, causing me severe pain and making me miss my front row show with Robert Plant. The bathroom baseboard was filthy with residue. The layout was confusing, making it hard to find anything. The parking fee was excessive. Checking in was a hassle; no one was at the desk when we arrived, and a nearby hostess ignored my daughter’s request for help. Fortunately, a kind food server came to assist us. The hotel needs a better check-in system, like a phone or buzzer, since they mentioned using a camera to monitor guests. We waited 10 minutes before the clerk came out to check us in."
