This hotel person are dishonesty!!!

Do not ever go to this place, it is the worst place in the world and they are extremely dishonest. Firstly, we booked this hotel at hotel.com, but they sent us a message asking for more money, which we of course refused since we had already paid for the reservation. Then on the day of our arrival, they told us that there were no rooms available. After some negotiation by sending messages with hotel.com they managed to arrange a very small room for our family of four people. The hotel only provided thin blankets and it was very cold all night. There was no Wi-Fi and we couldn't even find any hotel staff. We are be cheated by this hotel. be careful if you want to book this hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner is untrustworthy

Owner (Alfonso) canceled our accomodation about 10 minutes before we arrived. Prior to arriving, we asked whether it was possible to arrive at 10pm (it says check-out was until 8:30pm but requests could be made). Alfonso said this would cost €120 extra. To which we replied, it is ok we will arrive before 8:30pm. He then threatened by saying if we arrive so much as 1 minute late we will have to pay €100. Therefore, we arranged to arrive at around 8pm and informed him of our actions more than 24h before. At around 7:30pm on the day of arrival he messaged us to confirm our arrival time and did not state any immediate issues. We informed him we were on the local train to Pompeii from Napoli and would arrive at his property at 8:15 pm. At 8:00 pm he told us he would book us into an alternative property as he has to go to hospital for a serious medical issue. He then changed this story to be that there was sewage in our room. The alternative property he booked us into was not up to the same standard and also did not have breakfast. We told him no, that was the were arriving on time and that he must honour our booking. We arrived at Gleda Rooms Deluxe at 8:15pm. He was not there and ignored our phone calls. We spoke to other guests staying there, who informed us that Alfonso had seemed fine and also there was no sewage leak and that he most likely lied to us because all the rooms were taken. The owner is clearly a liar with no respect for his guests or their well being.
