"I loved the building and room. It was a lovely and hearty continental breakfast. I understand that some renovations/construction are occurring so I was unable to sit on the lovely deck, but that is temporary. I was disappointed by their check-in policy. Typically, if I attempt to check in to a lodging early, it is not a problem UNLESS the room is not ready. The check in at Silver Fox is 4 pm. When I arrived at 2 pm, the first clerk reminded me of the official check in time. I was then told that I could check in early for $75 (meaning the room was clearly ready). I felt that $75 for two hours was outrageous. I was then offered a discounted early check in price of $50. The second clerk seemed embarrassed, but hamstrung, by the policy. It was disappointing but I entertained myself for two hours and returned for the official check in time."

"Snowy Owl Inn was perfect for our family vacation . The location was ideal to town square with everything available that we would need or want. We bowled ,rode bikes used kayaks, paddle boats , their pool was best ever,, and even went on a hike. Best choice we could have made for a rental. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room were clean, well kept .We enjoyed breakfast daily in their dining room. We would recommend a stay at Snowy Owl to anyone going to Waterville Valley NH"

"Greg was an excellent host, super responsive. House is big, lots of common areas which worked great for our group--adults could be in one area and the kids and teens in a separate area. Everything in the kitchen worked out great and it was well stocked--lots of plates, bowls and silverware. Town square is within easy walking distance. We went in the summer and there were portable AC units in the bedrooms but since the weather was fantastic, we didn't really need them much. We hope to be coming back next year."

"We have been coming to Waterville Valley for many years and this was the 2nd time we have rented Jon and Kate’s condo for a 1-week stay. Once again, we had a great stay and the entire family enjoyed our time there. We are already planning a return trip next summer and will definitely book this condo again."
