About this property

Original Mt. Lemmon Tiny Home .

  • WALKING DISTANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF SUMMER HAVEN. Located at 8000 feet in the beautiful Catalina Mountains. Great area for hiking, bicycling, birding or just relaxing on the deck. Restaurants, shopping and general store just steps away. One bed with queen size mattress can be closed off with pocket doors. 3/4 bath. Twin size sleeper sofá. Heat and air conditioning units. Internet. Full kitchen. Microwave. Coffee pot. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.

    Possible that during the winter months, the road to Mt. Lemmon may be closed for a few days. The tiny home property access is weather dependent during this time. Contact owner for weather update if booked during this time.

    There is no garbage pickup on Mt. Lemmon. Please take your garbage down the mountain or there will be a 25.00 non refundable fee.
