We always stay at the Burke and Wills Mt Isa. It’s convenient to shopping and access to the Bruce Highway. Check in is fast and staff are helpful

A busy 24/7 service station, but room very quiet. Great food at servo and with being 24/7 felt very safe

Friendly staff and we’re allowed to book in a little earlier than 2 pm which was greatly appreciated. Room clean comfy bed a/c worked well. Handy location to shops.

The accommodation was very comfortable with fenced on site parking. The property is a 2 storey building with no lifts, so only stairs. If there is a mobility issue you would need to request a ground floor room.

I am in Mount Isa for 5 days to visit my daughter. It's Mount Isa! All things considered, the two bedroom motel suite is fine and ideal. Crockery & cutlery is provided (just in case) but there is no "kitchen sink" to speak of ... nonetheless the location is "perfect" for a 6 a.m. walk and some nearby shops & supermarkets, cafes, takeaways & a couple of "pubs". I will have no hesitation booking the B&W again if I re-visit my daughter next year.

Very central location, close to Buffs Club, Coles, Information centre. All walkable. Good value for the money paid. A bit of truck noise but not too bad.

We moved one of the beds only to find plastic wrappers of various kinds and the floor under the bed was filthy. We pulled the plastic bag out of the rubbish bucket only to find the bucket was filthy. The two chairs in the room were badly stained, like you would find in a mechanic’s workshop. Couldn’t wait to leave this motel.

The toilet ran all night. There was now shower gel in the dispenser.one of the hinges on the toilet seat was broken. The entry door was visibly soiled with dirty hand marks.

My first choice every visit to Isa.
Beautifully clean and comfortable with excellent amenities and only a brief walk from everything you need. The staff are just lovely and professional. The bed and pillows are very, very comfy and the rooms have plenty of space.

Great location opposite the major club in town. Close to supermarkets, petrol, etc. Room was well-appointed with all the expected items. TV had Netflix and Prime Video (need your own account). Parking was a bit tight, but not a massive issue. Staff were friendly and responded promptly to contact. Worth a stay here.

Best place to stay in Mt Isa
Always a terrific place to stay in Mt Isa! Friendly, professional staff. Perfectly located, walking distance to anything you need, shops, restaurants, etc. Very clean rooms, great amenities, and very comfy bed and pillows. Heaps of space in the room. Great shower too. Every time I stay here, it's the same excellent quality experience.
