I felt everyone I interacted with took amazing care in what they did. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the private balcony with hammock was amazing for rainy weather. "We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful. It was nice that we could order our breakfast ahead of time so that it was ready even if we had a tour to get to. It was a bit of a ways from town but we walked there for lunch once. It was also easy and cheap to coordinate a taxi to town if you prefer. The property was beautiful and we even got free coconuts. at the pool one day. "

"This is one of my favorite spots in the world! Nothing beats going to sleep in an active jungle and then waking up to all the birds and monkeys singing and calling. The only downside is that it is sort of all inclusive. If you don't sign up for all the adventures you will be stuck paying $36 usd for a pretty mediocre buffet. We aren't huge eaters and we had our own adventures lined up so we ended up driving the 25 minutes to Belmopan every night. Would be nice if they offered a basic dinner and breakfast menu instead of a very expensive option that isn't very appealing."
