Great option in Belmopan

I've always enjoyed staying a the Hacienda Tropical Guest House. The place is tidy, affordable, and friendly. Marta is a terrific host.

I liked this place. I never felt unsafe in this area. Bus stops just outside front gate. Lots of good inexpensive prepared foods available. The hosts were very friendly,helpful and they respected my privacy. Nice and quiet at night...

The apartment is very well equipped, there's a nice shared kitchen with all the utensils needed and some basic food, in the room you have some dishes, coffe maker, water and a small electric oven, and the bathroom was big and clean. The best thing about the apartment are the hosts, they were really nice to us, explaining everything and helping us with all we needed. Thank you very much.

The staff, i forgot his name, was a wonderful host. The place itself smelled like mold, it was tiny and definitely not worth the price point. I would avoid it if it is possible

Friendly staff: Chris is an open person, with whom it is nice to have a good conversation. The original room had no aironditioning although I had selected that option on Expedia. I had to pay a small fee to be upgraded to a room with AC. Apparently the expedia-selection options cannot distinguish rooms with or withour AC, I was told. Room was nice and clean, good and stable Wifi!

Both the owner and his nephew are very kind and committed. They explained me how to get to the different restaurants in town, supported for laundry, etc. My apartment was simple but practical and complete. I will go back.
