"The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. "

"Cleanliness was extremely poor. I’ve never seen anything like it before. There were large, disgusting yellow stains on the bed, the pillows were not clean, and there were stains on top of the vanity unit. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. "

"Room was just okay, but the bathroom shower floor had been patched and quite dangerous for a handicap accessible room...also, breakfast was so unappealing that I ate elsewhere. Staff was friendly is the only positive comment I could give. Parking was fine."
