I would equate it with a Vrbo plan with a code given in advance for a keyless entry and a person at the front desk for a limited time (we were only there for one evening and saw an attendant for about two hours). Nice lobby with a self-serve bar and a community kitchen that is well supplied. Amazing art work in hallways. "Everything was great. Although when we arrived and the doors were locked and it wasn't clear how to check in. So we called the phone number and the owner answered, he lives on the second floor, he came down within 5 minutes and gave us the keys and showed us around. He was very informative and he gave us all the info we needed including info on the town, places to go, and he was very helpful."
