    Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to this charming and fully furnished chalet! This retreat conveniently sits on a half-acre lot that is ready for you to enjoy year-round! The location is terrific - you are within walking distance of Suissevale Beach and the clubhouse. In addition to this fantastic beach, you will come across picnic tables, fireplaces, a playground, a volleyball area, tennis and basketball courts, and plenty of rocks to climb! There are several scenic nature trails and outdoor activities, and the tourist town of Meredith is within 14 miles.

    This rural, dreamy home features a raised basement with an inviting den area offering comfy sofas, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. The second level has a spacious living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a sun deck, a galley-style kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals for the group, and a dining area with plenty of windows that allows you to enjoy a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The porch/living area offers another inviting seating area with another smart TV. There are two additional bedrooms with a sundeck on the third floor.

Good for a large family

Separate living spaces make a very roomy vacation. Lots of stairs amd separate living spaces. We stayed here for a family reunion because it was close. It served its purpose. Thanks!

Excellent rental! Very roomy-lots of space to relax and dine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable-lots of extra towels and comforters. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, olive oil, vinegar but no sugar or coffee pods to get started with. Loved the big bag of ice in the freezer!! Walkable to tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed every day. Walkable to the beach if you don't mind going up and down a very big hill. I would definitely stay here again

Needs a ton of work!

Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could not cool the place properly. The moment you enter you are hit with a musty smell downstairs that carried to some extent throughout as if their was a flood that was not properly cared for, and it was strong enough to cause some allergy related issues for one. The beds were not very comfortable. There are no bathrooms upstairs where the two main bedrooms are which is just a pain. The walkway as you approach was in rough shape, broken, weeds coming up making it slippery when wet. There was a random bag of soil half used just laying on side of the home. The fire pit was tiny, and no outdoor seating near it! We found this very odd. Many warped stairs inside house that felt somewhat unsafe for anyone with challenges walking up and down three flights or unsteady. Railings on one section need attention, felt like it was going to break. Many of the lamps did not work, nor were they connected to the light switches when they did. We were allowed to have our dog, and kitchen was well appoint
