3 Bedroom Home is less than a 2 minute walk to Far Echo Harbor Beach

  • You can’t get much closer to the beach than this! This home is located approximately 500 feet (about a 2 minute walk) to one of the most beautiful sand beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee. The Far Echo Harbor Association Beach has a fantastic gradual sandy entry into the water, sunny southern exposure, and long views all the way across the lake to the Belknap Mountains.

    Enjoy your days relaxing on the beach, swimming, reading a book or working on your tan. In the evening, after a day filled with fun, this home offers a lovely, covered screen porch to come back to and enjoy a meal together. This home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds, and the third bedroom also has a queen and two twin beds. Each bedroom has window A/Cs and there are two portable A/C units in the common living areas.

    This property makes a for a great vacation whether you’re visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall – Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee, as well other Lakes Region attractions like hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Birch Hill Country Club or “mini-golf” at Paradise Falls – both in Moultonborough. There’s so much to do nearby!

Beautiful Retreat at Far Echo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could have stayed longer! Lovely house steps from the beach. We were 5 adults who were very comfortable in this home. Super clean, well equipped and a central jumping off point for exploring the Lakes Region.

Not to mention how close the beach is. Could not ask for anything else. We would love to rent back to back weeks, but because everyone loves it as well that option is not available. The community is great, quiet and super kid friendly..Till next summer Far Echo🌞

I am only give 4 stars to the property's general condition due to the fact that I hate bugs and I noticed a lot on the windows and cob webs and critters in the ceiling fans. Some of the mattresses can be updated as well as the living room sofa and recliner but that would definitely not keep us from renting again.

The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The entire house was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable kitchen tool. Our vacation was wonderful!
