This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The accommodation was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the onsen was wonderful. The little extras made the stay even better, gift in the fridge, fresh water each day, free ice cream and yakult when using the onsen, the manga library and storing our bags post stay before we caught our train. ...
