"I highly recommend SAMOTEL. I ended up here after leaving the very dirty Hotel Consulate by Bookmerihotel where I had my original reservation. I am so glad I found SAMOTEL. It’s the best value for money I’ve had in my visits to 36+ countries. A modern touch with amazing staff. Everyone works hard to ensure a great stay. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be staying here again when I’m back in Kolkata. "

"I would say it was fair overall due to location. There was a lot of construction going on during my stay, so it was hard to get sleep if up late the night prias they sayrted very early morning. This interfered with my sleep a lot as I was.on vacation and looking forward to sleepingnin if wanting"

"Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "

"Staff really helpful, room was what was to be expected in accordance with the website, clean, food was really good too, overall very nice, only thing I could complain about would be that my flight landed at 07:35 and I was at the hotel at 08:00 I was able to enter the hotel and sit in reception but couldn’t check in until 09:30"
