"I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced."

"I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. "Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining.
