A most enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is abundantly clear that the staff take pride in providing a very high standard of service. They are attentive and personable. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

Sound proof room, blackout curtains were great! Buffet brekkie offered so much choice, and eggs and bacon was a bonus! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff, clean rooms and perfect locations.

Well equipped room (a $600 Dyson hair drier ) pod coffee machine, very comfy bed, great staff cant do enough for you. Its only a small hotel BUT it has a big Personality.The question is would I go back to that hotel and the Answer is YES.

Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

The front desk staff seemed busy when we checked in and were a bit rude and short with us which was disappointing. However the hotel is beautiful with great amenities such as gym/sauna and we enjoyed the balcony.

This was very enjoyable especially as it was so close to the Rathaus Christmas Markets. This is where we went for dinner wonderful experience in the evening and still not too crowded in Late November. The staff were really great very helpful and with good suggestions. Like not buying a Vienna Card just buy a 24 hour transport card and only pay for things you want to see. The only thing I didn't like and it is not the hotels' fault is all the gadgets. It is so trendy to have an ipad to do...

A beautiful hotel, very classy

10/10 hotel in all aspects. 24/7 reception and all staff were lovely and helpful. You cannot get a better location than this. Easy access to all main attractions and ease of transit from airport to hotel (VAB4 stop is nearby). Trams also stops directly outside so this makes access to the palaces and a few other sites which are a bit further out convenient . My room overlooked Operngasse and the Vienna State Opera building. This was a lovely view to open up the windows to each day. Super safe...
