"We just returned from our first trip to Exuma. We rented Casa Del Mar based on location, reviews and amenities offered... and it was wonderful! It is a very nice modern design home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the privacy of the pool with sun lounges and the court is superb. Highly recommended!"

"We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!"

"A nice little one bedroom home. This place has no frills but has everything you need. The ac and all appliances work. It's a little ways from attractions and the main area. A rental car is a must. The power goes off on the island for short periods and the water pressure can be poor at times. Great place to sleep for the price. "

House is close to airport, approximately 5 minute drive. It is centrally located, in Moss Town making it easy to go in any direction for exploration. Price was reasonable for all the amenities."
