I ended up only staying here for a single night but wished I had made the drive back and forth from Biloxi daily. The staff here was friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and looked newly renovated. Great trip. (I ended up staying in the Star Inn located in Biloxi it was horrible).

Newly updated room with new interior cabinets, clean sheets, towels and a clean decent pool. Overall the outside may look outdated but don’t be fooled, it is a nice decent newly updated hotel.

I visit Moss point once a month and I have stayed at the best Western twice. Everything is wonderful except for one thing. I don’t understand why the hot water does not get very hot. My job is strenuous and I need to soak in a hot bath and I cannot do that at the best Western because the water system has been set to a certain temperature that it will not go past. That is my only complaint about this place.

Dear Erin,Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for posting a candid review. I was very concerned to read your comments regarding the hot water. This is something that our maintenance team is currently finding and fixing. Unfortunately, during renovation our plumber didn’t install the cartridges correctly. If ever you are having an issue with the hot water, please don’t hesitate to let us know and our maintenance team will be happy to fix it. Again, this is not the frictionless experience that we wanted for all our guests. I will make sure to share your comments with our maintenance team for the necessary improvements needed on our end.I appreciate you as our guest and I still hope you would give us another chance in the future.

The hotel room itself was clean and I definitely did not expect it to be as renovated. I honestly didn’t realized what I booked until I was like 1hr away! Young lady at the front initially put me in the back of the hotel! The room was smoky and lots of busy activity! My dog and I could not sleep! I packed my car back up and went to the front desk to complain and she fixed it and put us closer to the front and questioned the activity. She put us in a different room and offered late check out for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent and free! Food was fresh and typical continental breakfast.

Very clean, spacious room, used the laundry facility too which was nice. Area seems safe, several restaurants within walking distance. Easy on/off the highway. Staff was friendly. Looks like they have a nice outdoor pool area. Comfy bed and pillows. Free full breakfast in the morning…hopefully it’s good too! Would definitely recommend.

Easy on/off the highway. Newly renovated rooms, very nice!! Our hot water wasn’t real hot, but we did have a freeze warning which is very unusual for MS. Would definitely stay again.

We've been staying at this property approximately 6-8 times annually for 3 years and have always found it to be safe, quiet, and comfortable. They have recently done a complete renovation of the rooms and the last 3 visits the rooms and bathrooms have appeared to be brand new right down to the towels and shower curtains. No issues. Great value.

My experience with them has always been excellent. I have never had a bad experience with them. They always make me feel welcome and they are always friendly and polite. I wont stay anywhere else but here. The prices are great and cheap.
