"If you like to eat in busy school cafeteria, drink poor cocktails, enjoy screaming kids and sun burnt turistis that reserve the sun beds with their towel from dawn till dusk this is a place for you. "We stayed here during our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hospitality was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond for us multiple times. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and responding quickly to anything we needed. One evening, our air conditioning started dripping, and they had it fixed right away without hesitation.
The manager was exceptional. We saw her every day, and she always took the time to check in with us, asking how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. When we had a small issue with a third-party tour we had booked, she and the reception team helped us contact them and figure out the best options. She also gave us so many helpful recommendations for things to do in Kos and the surrounding area — every suggestion we tried was spot on.
The entire place was spotless. Housekeeping did a great job, always friendly and smiling, and our room was cleaned each morning without fail. Breakfast every day was delicious, with plenty of variety and a beautiful view to enjoy it with.
