I had a really nice stay here. The owners/staff were very friendly. The apartments are simple, but well equipped for self catering, albeit a little aged. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and additional seating in a shaded area. Location was ideal for walking into Tigaki and for travel to other locations on the island. Overall, well worth the price!

Quiet, clean and superfriendly staff, like family. Nice poolarea, spacious rooms and balcony. Big supermarked short walking distance and next to the mainstreet. The busstop is next to the supermarked. Take the bus to Kos city for dinner or stay in Tigaki area. My second stay at this hotel, recommand you to stay here

Was very quiet .was very near everything . Apartment was spotless. Very quiet around pool but no bar /snacks bit other places very near .pool bars supermarket's etc ..very budget apartment . No one vothered you . I would stop again ..

The property needs quite a bit of tlc. It also needs a good cleaning inside and out. I suppose that is the reason for the low price of the rental . It’s not close to the beach you need a car or a 20 minute or more walk . There is a pool on the property but did not check it out nor did I want to because I didn’t think it was being maintained judging by the rest of the property.

Very quiet area, ideal if you want to relax. 15 minute walk to the beach. Supermarket across the road, for essentials or souvenirs. Plenty of restaurants in the vacinity.

We changed hotel second day of our stay due to insects and cockroaches. We tried to get in touch with reception but nobody there to help you out when we said we want lur payment back they said they arent not contact person thry gave us a phone number of contact person but its not reachable overall if you have insectphobia dont recommend.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig am Ende der Straße mit Geschäften. In wenigen Metern befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle nach Kos Stadt. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist ein günstiger Fahrradverleih. Wir hatten Fahrräder für den gesamten Urlaub und konnten damit bequem an unterschiedliche Strände radeln. Außerdem gibt es einen großen schönen Pool, der auch von der Verwalterfamilie und deren Kinder und Besucher mitbenutzt wird. Genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind dort verfügbar. Das Zimmer selbst war groß mit großzügigem Balkon und Blick bis ans Meer (über unbebaute Felder). Leider wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, Betten gemacht oder geputzt. 12 Tage waren uns dafür zu lang, deshalb haben wir zwischendurch um einen Wechsel gebeten. Die hilfsbereite Verwalterfrau hat es sofort gemacht. Sie spricht nur griechisch, das macht die Kommunikation schwierig. Auf Nachfrage ist vieles möglich, von selbst passiert nichts. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage etc), so braucht man immer wieder Hilfe, weil alles nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Geschirr gibt's nur spärlich, wir haben uns mit dem wichtigsten selbst eingedeckt. Eigentlich eine wirklich schöne Anlage mit sehr viel Potential, doch leider teils vermüllt, in der Rezeption schlafen bis in den Vormittag irgendwelche Leute, die sehr aufgeschlossenen einheimischen Kinder verdrecken vieles, das Wasser im Pool musste deshalb mehrfach gewechselt werden und stand uns dann nicht zur Verfügung

Als wir ankamen um einzuchecken standen 2 betrunkene Herren vor uns mit üblem Gestank, es gab keine Rezeption/ keinen Empfang. Uns wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass dies unser Schlüssel sei und wir das Zimmer betreten durften. Klima gegen Gebühr von 5€/ Tg. Was wir nicht selbstverständlich nicht in Anspruch nahmen. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, unhygienisch und hatte Löcher sowie Schimmel an den Wänden. Spinnenweben an jeder Ecke. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir regelrecht um 9 Uhr geweckt um das Zimmer ‘schnellstmöglich’ zu räumen, da der nächste Gast um 10 Uhr kommen würde. Unser Check Out war lt. Buchung 11:30 Uhr, auch dies haben wir der Putzfrau mitgeteilt und die Buchung vor gehalten. Diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen ist eine größte Zumutung. Sie ist nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!

Book ikke her!!!

Værelser ikke klar v. ankomst. En del af familien måtte sove 1. nat på andet hotel. Værelser ej rene. Personalet har INGEN anelse om at drive hotel. Pool fyldt med skidt (jord, blade alger mm) blev tømt og rengjort, for derefter at været fyldt med skidt (grøn og brun) 3-4 dage efter igen. Ingen rengøring. Flere andre gæster måtte også finde alternativer pga. rod i reservationer. Hotels.com har dog været imødekommende overfor vores kritik og har kompenseret os!
