Останавливались и будем останавливаться!

Останавливаемся в данном отеле не в первый раз, все очень нравится. Есть бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта и обратно,ехать минут 15, встретят вовремя всегда и отвезут к самолёту в удобное для вас время. Номера в гостинице уютные, чистенькие. Есть кафе на 1 этаже, быстро и вкусно. Так же там расположен живой уголок, который порадует взрослых и детей и отвлечь от усталости. Рекомендую всем своим знакомым. Спасибо персоналу за Вашу работу и заботу о посетителя. Так держать!!!

Ужасный, некомпетентный персонал отеля

Здравствуйте! Прежде чем выбрать данный отель, перед убытием в отпуск я позвонил персоналу вышеуказанного отеля для того чтобы уточнить можно ли будет осуществить заезд в номер 29 февраля ночью (время не обозначал, так как мой самолет Варадеро - Москва могли перенести) на что мне убедительно ответили, что заехать я смогу, о необходимости доплаты за ранний заезд сказали, что данный вопрос будет решен при заезде. Итак, мы прилетели, нас забрал из аэропорта Внуково трансфер (единственный плюс отеля - бесплатный трансфер) доставил в отель, мы начали оформлять документы по заезду в отель нам предложили поменять номер на более комфортный (стоимость 2500,00 руб. взамен на мой забронированный 1 755,00 руб.) на что я согласился, я продемонстрировал, что бронь данного отеля у меня с 29 февраля по 1 марта, уточнил, можем ли мы заехать сейчас в новый номер (за 2500,00 руб.) без дополнительной доплаты (время ориентировочно было 04:00 утра) на что я получил ответ: доплачивать ничего не нужно (у персонала была загвоздка с оформлением, так как у нас был ранний заезд, но они обещали все решить с начальством) В итоге меня и супругу будят в 12:00 29 февраля и говорят что мы оплатили номер (2500,00 руб.) только с 04:00 утра по 12:00 дня и нам нужно доплачивать. В итоге нам пришлось доплачивать за ранний заезд в номер 1500,00 рублей, а до этого тратить собственные нервы на объяснения, что персонал некомпетентен и обещал нас заселить без доплат.. Чеки не получили, явный уход отделя от налогов..

Информация по номерам не соответствует снимал номер с двуспальной кроватью и душем в номере. Оказалось все не так душ в коридоре в комнате 4 односпалки. Короче говоря не стоит.

Номер стандарт.

Отель для того чтобы переночевать неподалеку от аэропорта для непривередливых путешественников подойдет. Самый большой плюс - это трансфер из/в аэропорт бесплатно (кажется круглосуточно). Сам отель находиться в такой дыре, что попасть можно только на такси или ТРАНСФЕРЕ. У нас был номер стандарт (душ и туалет общие - в общем чистые). В номере кровати ужасно скрипучие, потрясающая слышимость от соседей, с коридора, от пролетающих самолетов, если это помешает вам уснуть, то данный отель даже не рассматривайте. Работает круглосуточно буфет (едой пахло хорошо, но не пробовали). Насколько поняли номера комфорт находятся в другом здании и они отличаются. Персонал приветливый, дружелюбный.
