Luxurious apartment with 4 bedrooms for 10 travelers. Newly renovated by an architect you'll feel like in a boutique hotel.



With a prime renovation this luxurious 4 bedroom apartment is fully equiped and is perfect for 2 or 3 families with kids (6 adults/4kids).



- Spacious entrance with wardrobe and bench to easily put on and take off your shoes.



- The master bedroom (20m²) with Queen size bed (160cm) and it's own exclusive bathroom will be on your right after the entrance (large bathtub, shower and toilets).



- Adult suite with Queen size bed (160cm) private bathroom (shower and toilets).



- Fully equiped kitchen with oven, micro-wave, dish washer and induction hobs.



- Wide living area with dining table, TV and views of a remarquable cliff of Avoriaz.



- Third double room with a queen size bed (160cm) will offer the same view.



- A kids nest composed of 2x2 bunk beds will allow 4 kids to sleep.



- Bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washing machine (drying).



- The ski room is only a few meter from the entry door. It will allow you to dry your shoes and is fully equiped.



We also have a luxurious studio (La Cabane) for 4 on level 12 if you wish to get up to 14 people accomodation.



You'll have full access to this rare apartment and it's ski room.



We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !



Located on "place du Snow", the apartment is centraly located : the "Village des Enfants", Sherpa supermarket and shops are within 100m from the residence.

Easy ski-in/ski-out.

Beaufiful views over Avoriaz's cliff and beautiful lights in the morning.

The Cliff is

Location is great, very practical for a large family. Check out in the room is a very good idea and helpfull.. Kitchen equipments need to be checked.. some pans are in really bad condition. When we asked for clean towels Lucie told us to wash them. Washing machine was broken, and still no extra towels.. And in general apartment needs better cleaning.

Great family ski trip

The property is small but well equipped. The bath in the main en-suite was cracked so not useable which was disappointing but there was a second bath in the main bathroom. The washing machine also wasn’t working which wasn’t idea with lots of children and we had specifically chosen a property with one. That said the property managers were great and offered to wash for us.

Fantastic

We experienced a fantastic week in Avoriaz at the Cliff. The location was absolutely perfect, close to amenities, ski school and of course straight onto the slopes themselves. The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival and Johann was a most helpful host even with us having some difficult situations with late arrival. The apartment is super well equipped and has everything you need and we were very comfortable after long days in the snow. Heated boot/ski room was a lifesaver with wet children's ski gear too! We'd absolutely recommend the apartment for a stay in Avoriaz and will most definitely be back. Thanks so much.
