    Very beautiful 3-room apartment with a view of the Morzine valley!



    Located in the Falaise district, on the 6th floor of the residence: Le Saskia 1, this beautiful renovated apartment is composed as follows:



    - Pleasant entrance with space to remove shoes and storage.

    - Equipped open kitchen overlooking the living area

    - Dining area and convertible sofa, flat-screen TV, access to the balcony

    - First double bedroom with storage

    - Separate toilet

    - Large bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror

    - Second large bedroom with double bed, storage and access to the balcony



    The apartment can accommodate up to 6 vacationers.



    NON-SMOKING APARTMENT / NO PETS ALLOWED



    You will have access to the entire apartment.



    Our entire team is on site during your stay if needed.



    The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurant.



    Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception)

Perfect place to stay in Avoriaz

Really lovely apartment in a great location. Easy access to slopes and resort centre. Warm, well equipped apartment with handy laundry facilities in a nice building. Comfy beds, nice lounge area. Stunning views. Would definitely stay again. Immodreams are very nice to deal with and we have booked again with them.
