    60sqm apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the residence (9 appt) with commercial gallery on the ground floor located in the center of the resort, located 270m from the PLENEY cable car (ski area MORZINE / LES GETS) and 450m from the SUPER MORZINE gondola (access to the AVORIAZ ski area).
    The apartment is composed:
    Entrance (2.9sqm) with cupboard, separate toilet, kitchen (3sqm) equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 hotplates, fridge (120l), lounge (tv, sofa) / living room (18sqm), bay window , balcony (facing south / west).
    Upstairs :
    A room (7sqm including 3sqm under 1.80m) with two single beds (90x190), storage, velux.
    A room (6sqm including 3sqm under 1.80m) with a double bed (140x190), storage, velux.
    A bathroom, separate toilet.
    A covered parking space in the common garage. (hauteur 2.20m)
