"Loved the friendly staff, and fun decor!"

"I was told by one employee that breakfast was included and a different employee charged me during my check out for said breakfast so I’m not sure what to make of that. Besides that everything was great."

Biggest problem of this hotel is staff unmotivated, from reception desk (told him wanted room away from elevator and gave us room right next to elevator) to waiters (reminding him first waiter he did not charge us for first round of drinks and him tellingbis he did not remember serving us)to shuttle driver (shuttle reeks cigarettes) Coffe in room is instant coffee "

"Adequate for an overnight layover. Easy to get to once you figure out how to get to the CDGVAL. The hotel instructions were lacking in that respect."

"Clean room. A little complicated to get to pool or sky bar. Has to wait in line for assistance to then be transferred to restaurant checkin. Confusing… staff seems new and not well trained."

"Location is excellent. A short walk to Nation Metro station with many trains going thru. Not that far from Gare de Lyon train station either. You can take a direct bus (60 mins) or Metro (30 mins) to the Tower. Place de la Bastille, a lovely square with many shops and restaurants, is just a few bus stops away. Our room has a separate bedroom plus a mini stove top, microwave, utensils and a pan for cooking, which is quite nice. Facing the charming little inside courtyard, we didn't hear street noise. Hot breakfast is adequate. Overall a lovely stay"

"Helpful and welcoming staff, great location for Disneyland and a cheaper alternative to a Disney hotel. Clean and quiet rooms."

"Room was clean, didn’t not take the breakfast plan. Had a cute court yard. "

"The main concern is the stairs to go to main bed. Extremely dangerous. There is a sofa bed down stairs but is super uncomfortable. Body towels were smelly to cigarettes. And there was a mouse in the kitchen and spiders in the toilet. I ask the owner if I can cancel second night because it was too dangerous to go upstairs and even worst with a toddler. The solution he gave me was not to go upstairs and use the sofa to sleep. Told him about the smelly towels, and said that i was lying. Definitely not recommending this place. First time that I made bad review on a stay."
