Cozy renovated studio with private terrace, for 2 people, near the Sèvre River

Studio apartment for 2 people located on the banks of the Sèvre River, adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). A shared outdoor area with the other gîtes is also available. Three other gîtes are located on the property: H85G019981, H85G019982, H85G019984. Public parking is 200m away. No washing machine.

Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental (2 people): €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating: €8/night.

Bel endroit , très bien tenu. Le studio est très bien décoré et fonctionnel. L’endroit est juste parfait loin de tout bruit, la vue est très agréable
