Reservei um quarto quadruplo e quando cheguamos lá só tinha quarto triplo. Como já era tarde da noite tivemos que ficar lá mesmo. Ainda por cima, a cama de casal era tamanho padrão, ou seja pequena para dois adultos e uma criança. Não tinha água quente no banheiro (e fomos informados que é isso mesmo, não um defeito no nosso banheiro). O café da manhã estava muito cheio, as coisas todas mexidas, a área do pão estava bem suja com farelo para todo lado, o copo para suco era copo descartável. enfim, não foi uma boa experiência.

O quarto é muito bom e o lugar é bem bonito, mas há pontos que precisam ser revistos: apesar de contar com parque aquático, o mesmo só funciona entre 10 e 16h - não há luz na área da piscina para uso até a noite; no café da manhã, foram servidos muitas opções que claramente não foram preparadas naquela manhã (sem contar com a infinidade de moscas entrando nos reservatórios e pousando em todas as comidas, copos, pratos…

Bom a pousada pedra grande é uma maravilha,o quarto aconchegante,mais o atendimento ficou a desejar muito ruim,no restaurante que fica da parte de dentro da pousada os funcionários são muito mal educados, não dão a mínima se você chama para fazer o pedido,o quê notei é que precisa de alguém urgentemente para organizar a pousada. Outra coisa que achei absurdo foi o preço da comida para duas pessoas, acho que não só eu porque olhei muitas pessoas saindo para comer fora ou na quebra anzol que fica bem na frente,que por sinal os funcionários são muito educados!

Ótimo lugar, as únicas coisas que não gostei foram o barulhento ar-condicionado, cama muito mole e os preços dos pratos no restaurante, não há nenhuma opção econômica de refeição abaixo dos R$ 150,00 por pedido. Falta acessibilidade para cadeirantes e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida para rio.
