- Located next to the AR River. Huge living area with wall of windows overlooking the AR River. Set on the large deck for 180 degree views. Watch the river barges go by. Easy access to the river for some of the best fishing in AR. This location is a great location for Fishing, Duck Hunting, Family Gatherings & Weddings. Located 1.5 miles from Petit Jean Grave Site and 5.5 miles from Petit Jean State Park. Take a walk on the Old Petit Jean highway that cuts through the property or look for Indian artifacts along the Trail of Tears that ran along the river.
