"The skier express was not working for the majority of our stay. We did not receive an invoice prior to leaving the property because the system was down. I still have not received an invoice despite two phone calls. We stayed in the Plaza building. There were times during our stay that only one elevator was working. Generally, staff were pleasant. There were problems with facility maintenance. "

"There are absolutely no ADA devices like hand rails next to any shower, tub or toilet as required by law. There are no non slip shower or tub floors (or stickers that accomplish the same thing), the toilets are so low that I honestly think you bought them on sale at a preschool closure. The hand rails into the spas were loose and swung around when you gripped them. There were broken and missing tiles surrounding the pool and spas that were a hazard. None of the piping hot water outlets into the pool or spas are marked or painted. They blend in totally as they’re the same color as the walls. We literally watched a three year old child receive second degree burns when he inadvertently waded by one of them. He screamed for twenty minutes and the staff were like “oh well, it’s a hot spring!” This was ridiculous! Dinner was excellent, but a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. The dining room was overbooked, there were only 2 servers working the floor, and we waited 20 minutes for every request: drink menu after we were seated…water refill…ordering…desert…waiting for our check…it was INTERMINABLE!! In addition, there was a very large party that was allowed to drunkenly sing throughout their dinner while staff did nothing to shut them up. Despite the cleanliness , the friendliness of staff and the gorgeous views, there is a definite sense of neglect and lack of consideration by management and/or owners for their customers safety and well being. I’ll NEVER stay here again. "

"The room was great and staff was friendly. I booked this primarily for the hot tub and it was down and wasnt up until the day we left. You also have to pay for wifi unless you have a timeshare. "

"Size of condo was very good and good contents such as full kitchen and washer/dryer (which is unusual and very welcome) but property feels old and a little remote (no staff on site) "

"Host was very accommodating and nice. The property was beautiful and perfect for our family and animals. They had everything you could need from the hot tub to the board games to kitchen essentials and I would definitely stay here again."
