Cocoonr offers you this charming 31 m² flat in Morillon, with a ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with a bath) and a 7 m² balcony. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and coffee machine (Nespresso capsules and compatible brands)..
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (two double beds)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 7 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Morillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
- In winter: downhill skiing, toboggan runs, snowshoe walks and ESF kindergarten.
For information on when the resort is open, please consult the Morillon website.
- In summer: panoramic hikes in the Haut-Giffre valley, mountain biking on the many signposted trails, paragliding, accrobranche and swimming at the Lac Bleu in Morillon Village (leisure centre with equipped beach, inflatable structures, mini-golf and play area).
The building is located at the foot of the slopes (2 ski lifts approx. 100 m away).

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.

- Nearest train station: Cluses (approx. 18 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (approx. 60 km)
- Shuttles: During the winter season, shuttles run between Morillon Village and Morillon 1100. The cable car also links the village to the resort.
