"We arrived later than planned and had good communication with the site via emails. Great accommodation for families with the use of a kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had to make the beds up when we got there and there were no towels although shown in the photo. The pool facility is great but as with most french swimming pools they have strict regulations. My children loved the animals. We only used for a 1 night stop over which suited our needs. "

"Comfortable, clean hotel with great staff except the parking attendant who, on our arrival as I was unloading our cases from the car, told me I could not park in front of the hotel and must move it to the car park several metres away, which I intended to do once checked in (code is required fro reception top enter it). His aggressive nature was a poor welcome to the hotel but fortunately was in direct contrast to the very helpful and welcoming reception staff."

"Lovely spacious loft room with exposed beams. Separate bathroom and toilet. Sofa in the room plus a table and chairs. The bed was comfy but really would have been better with two more pillows, the ones on the bed were quite thin. The owner was so helpful and welcoming. There was a downstairs kitchen and dining area full of memorabilia including some motorcycling which I was interested in. We travelled by motorcycle. There was plenty of parking next to the building and a lovely garden area. It is a rural location so you will need to travel 20 mins to reach shops and restaurants. Very quite though so you can get a good night's sleep"

We were a little co fused as the pictures shows all rooms in both properties but were told when we got there we were having the pool house as well for nothing. But the pictures for the listing included the pool house bedrooms. Anyway Darina was awesome and nothing was an issue. Lovely home with everything that we needed, thank you Darina and your lovely family xxx"

"The property facilities were fantastic for 2 families (including 4 children from age 5 to 15). The pool was larger than expected and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The hot tub and games room were also brilliant. Sadly there was a problem with the sauna that caused the electrics to trip so we were advised not to use it. There also appeared to be an issue with the plumbing/drainage causing a bad smell in the kitchen. Pauline was very responsive to messages and assured us the issue would be looked into once we left. The location is very quiet but a supermarket close by which was ideal for what we needed. The house is lovely and well equipped, all the beds were made up with clean bedlinen. It would have been useful to have an outdoor washing line to dry towels that were in constant use from the pool. We spent a fantastic week and would stay again, thank you "
