In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "The rooms were clean, comfortable and enough space for a family of 3. However, the two nights we woke up between 3-5am with people yelling and banging on doors. It was not something within the staff control but I recommend a room far from groups."
