The Neighborhood:

Beautiful Mountain Town of Blue Ridge

It’s easy to fall in love with Blue Ridge, Georgia. Start with scenic North Georgia, leaf-changing, mountain range enveloping all those chimney-smoking cabins in fall. Or, enjoy the endless options of fun-filled activities for any season. Whatever the adventure, the mountain breeze and stunning views are your supporting cast. Then there’s the warming heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge. And, oh my, does she have a lot of heart. Delicious restaurants and unique local shops and galleries you won’t find anywhere else is the gravity of her charisma. All this, and you’ll barely have time to visit the family-friendly wineries and orchards with their thrilling fall tractor hayride tours.

Getting Around:

In most cases, you will want to fly to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. Rent an SUV or vehicle that rides high off the ground – preferably a 4-wheel drive if you want to explore all the waterfalls and hiking areas. You can get to most cabins in a 2-wheel drive but still would not drive a sedan. Roads on the mountains are curvy, narrow, and dark at night. Many roads are paved, but still many are gravel as well. It’s quite the adventure getaway in the great North Georgia mountains.!

Other Things to Note:

The cabin's price is based on 4 Adult Guests. Additional Guests are charged $20.00 per guest/per night. Pets are $60.00 each per stay. Payment for pets will be requested after the booking is confirmed. Up to 2 pets are allowed per reservation.

Beautiful home and view. Kitchen has everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Road leading to the property was rough in one spot due to recent heavy rain but should be fixed by road maintenance soon. Listing of property is very accurate.

Incredible!!

Everything they say and more! A beautiful cabin with everything you need -luxurious-clean-well stocked! Arrive in the daylight! The road up is easy to follow directions but just a rough road and I wouldn’t want to drive it in the dark especially the first time!

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful property my daughter wanted a place where she could just relax and unwind and get ready for the rest of the school year and this was the perfect spot. it was close to downtown Blue Ridge where we spent a lot of time shopping and eating. I would stay at this property again .

Peaceful and Relaxing

The pictures of the property were exactly what we got. Bring food and drinks, the cabin was clean and has all amenities needed for your stay. There are great views of mountains from the front of the cabin at sunrise and sunset. By the way did I mention its pet friendly.

SIP

It is a beautiful cabin. We were comfortable and we enjoyed our visit to a new area. Some things inside the cabin need attention. The road and the driveway were challenging. There are a lot of stairs to enter and exit the cabin, also inside. We are senior citizens with 2 dogs, so we were up and down quite a bit.

Lovely quiet home in the mountains

This cabin is truly above the rest. The amenities were far superior to many other VRBO rentals. we have stayed in through the years. Well furnished, well equipped, and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The cabin definitely feels remote; you don’t see another home from the many porches. The winding gravel road up the mountain can certainly feel treacherous, particularly after dark. And we would recommend illuminating the driveway with solar lights to ensure you don’t run into the wall. But this cabin was true to the description and we enjoyed the fireplaces and the hot tub immensely. Would definitely stay again with this management company.

Excellent Property

Overall, this was a wonderful stay and getaway for our anniversary, despite becoming ill with the stomach bug about 2 hours after we arrived. So being sick with a view is better than just being sick! The cabin was very clean and well stocked, the beds were excellent, and being sick meant my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds for 2 of our 3 nights, so we can both say they were comfortable. The hot tub was new and great, the best we have ever had at a cabin stay and this makes our 10th or so different cabin over the recent years. The only negative is that the oven did not work. We were unaware of this until we arrived. We did receive a call from the management company apologizing and offering to bring a small toaster oven. It ended up not being an issue due to me being sick, but had I not been we would have been cooking and unable to prepare full meals without a full-size oven. I was told it was being repaired or replaced on the day we were checking out, and I am sure it would not be an issue in the future, but the lack of notice and communication beforehand was disappointing. However, this was an excellent property and we look forward to returning again in the future, hopefully to enjoy our stay, illness free!!

The best view

The hosts are sweet and responsive. We could not get to the house using the directions due to the road being washed out (really keep that in mind when booking) and they promptly got us a different way to get there. The road overall is not for the faint of heart but when you sign up for such a view you must expect some difficulty. We loved it though, the cabin was even better in real life than images show, clean overall with some expected bugs, you are in the woods after all haha. The hot tub was a huge surprise, as in we never use one when we book places, but it is definitely well maintained and cleaned, so to our surprise we used it daily. And the sunsets, the view, the atmosphere… honestly recommend to all, so worth it!

Great cabin and location

Very clean and great private location with an amazing view from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and sharp knives, which is rare in my past experience. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was clean. Close to all the places my wife and I wanted to visit. Can not wait to come back and stay in this cabin again.

Beautiful Cabin!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking!! The kitchen is fully equipped! Beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean. My family and I stayed here for a week (including our dog) and we can’t wait to go back. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire. It is so peaceful and so close to Blue Ridge. Thank you for making our family vacation unforgettable. And thank you for the doggy treat! ❤️

Really good cabin, could be great

Review based upon stay during week of Thanksgiving '22 We have stayed at many cabins in the 'Blue Ridge' area, and this one was nearly ideal for our family (Mom, Dad, 7yo daughter, and dog). The cabin is in a good location, floorplan was good, the kitchen was well-appointed. Based on the photos, we intended to spend lots of time on the screened-in porch with the fireplace but it's more for ambiance and didn't throw enough heat for the temperatures during our visit. Pros: - Nicest hot tub of all the cabins we have stayed at, plus included shock cleaner. - Good fit pit layout, with a great volume of available firewood provided. - Robes and pool towels were a nice touch. - RokuTVs on each screen worked well. - Games and puzzles were a plus. - Welcome gifts were a nice touch. Cons: - We had to kill 4 wasps inside the house - The upstairs jetted tub leaked through and down the wall of the foyer. It was apparently a known issue, but there was no warning. - The pavers from the driveway and around the fireplace look great, but many were loose and flipped out of place- causing a few stumbles and falls. - The downstairs bedroom was much colder than the rest of house, regardless of the heat setting or using the lower living room's gas fireplace. - As noted in other reviews the front and back steps are steep (not a problem for our family) but were extremely slippery when wet. - Powder room door wouldn't latch.

They need to be up front about the entry to the cabin. There are over 20 steps to get in the place.

I feel like I was Mis-led by the 25 pictures that did not show the 20 plus stairs to get to the main level. We requested to be moved to a different cabin right when we arrived. The next day we were moved at a expense of $250 more.. this cabin was much better.
