Come live your summertime dream! You will enjoy magnificent views at this amazing KRISTY COLLECTION lakeside home…from the outdoor fireplace porch, the lakeside infinity pool and hot tub, the large covered back porches (up and down), the covered private boat dock, the expansive expertly landscaped lawn, and nearly every room in the house. Located on North Georgia's premier mountain lake, pristine Lake Blue Ridge, this luxurious three-level home offers luxury, comfort and lots of entertainment options with multiple outdoor and indoor living areas that offer tremendous 180-degree lake views including a game loft, a terrace level TV lounge, an in-ground trampoline, a main floor living room with a fireplace, and our adjacent high-end chef's kitchen with a professional 36" stove in the center island—with lake views, of course—and a huge commercial refrigerator. This home has high-end, custom upscale furnishings and HGTV star Kristy Petrillo's signature contemporary global opulent design throughout. Enjoy stunning lake views from the main level covered porch or relax and enjoy the breeze as you recline in the swinging bed. Our newest amenity is a large in-ground trampoline. *The pool is heated Mid-April to Mid-June and September to October to a comfortable 82 degrees. You can also enjoy lake views from the shady poolside cabana with bathrooms and a grand fireplace.

The home has six bedrooms, including a master king on main with fireplace and private bath, another master with a fireplace and a private bath on the terrace level, along with another king room with adjacent bath. Upstairs there are a king room with a lake view and a queen room that share a bath, and a bunk room with 2 queens/2 twins and a twin trundle and a private bath.

The main level has a well-appointed king master with lake view and fireplace, and the terrace level has a lakeside king master and a king with detached bath.

This destination is secluded, yet you are close to great dining, shopping, hiking, biking, wineries, craft breweries, waterfalls, and all that makes Blue Ridge a popular year-round destination. AND you are right on one of the region's most beautiful and pristine lakes in the heart of the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina and make some unforgettable vacation memories.

This home is the latest addition to the KRISTY COLLECTION, a group of carefully curated distinct properties that offer unique year-round entertainment opportunities.

Please note: No smoking or pets allowed. No weddings or events with extra guests permitted. Exterior of home is monitored by security cameras. 50% of reservation is required to book and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Must cancel 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. This is a TVA lake and as such it is not full during winter months.

Our entire family loved this property and honestly didn't want to leave. During our stay we had adults, teens and one toddler. The house is laid out very well with lots of places to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are lots of pool and bathroom towels. We loved the pool, hot tub, fireplaces and of course the amazing views. The communication with Heather and team was prompt when I reached out to ask questions. We plan to book again at this property next year as it was that good.

Family Lake Getaway

Property was amazing and the process could not have been easier. We hosted a week of family and friends for a great week of weather at Lake Blue Ridge. Many laughs and memories were had! Great property and great communication and management..we will book again!

I feel as though the linens could be a better quality and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Had trouble with the dishwasher, the seal would pull loose when opening the door and the cover for the pod was missing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! The outside area was awesome!! Our family made some great memories!!

Exceeded Expectations

The house and property is so much more beautiful than the photos show. We had the best family vacation we’ve ever had. Everyone had something to do, and there were plenty of family activities. I overpacked and brought a tote of games and pool floats that weren’t used because the house already had those things and more. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We are already talking about our next family or business trip here. Couldn’t be happier with the accommodations! Thank you so much!

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful home and amazing pool and outdoor entertaining area. Best VRBO in the area. Close to restaurants and shopping but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Great family lake weekend…

Just a few families enjoying lake Blue Ridge. House is great and we have stayed here before. Kids really enjoy the bunk room and the pool is amazing. This house is probably a bit better during the summer when the lake level is higher. Overall I think most anyone will be happy staying here.

Magical getaway in yhe mountains

We stayed the weekend at this majestic property. The pictures don’t do this hime justice. The home is perfectly laid out, clean and very spacious. The views are simply breathtaking. The property manager responded very quickly to all of my questions and was helpful in sharing recommendations for my questions. We will definitely return to this property. If you are thinking about booking this property…trust me do it!!! All around excellent experience!

Great property for families

This property was great for our family vacation. We had grandkids ranging in age from 8-22 and they all found things to do. The trampoline in the lake was a big hit but the pool stole the show. The view was fantastic. When I encountered a few issues, Heather responded immediately and the issues were resolved within hours. Restaurants, wineries and shopping were within 25 minutes. Would highly recommend this property.

Rocky Point did not disappoint!!

Wow--what a wonderful home and setting. We had 13 of us and never felt crowded. With many areas indoors and out to relax plus the amazing pool area, we never left the house except to hit the grocery. The house is beautiful and pool is off the charts. We used the outdoor fireplace pergolas quite often as well. The paddle boards at the dock were fun and we rented a boat for a few days to take advantage of the beautiful lake. A return trip is going to be on our calendar soon.

Great Family Getaway

The property is excellent (accurately portrayed in the pictures)! All bedrooms are good size with numerous bathrooms that make it easy for everyone. Although we only had 4 girls staying in the kids room it could have easily have accommodated 8. Although it was pretty cold we all took advantage of a sizable hot tub and the kids did enjoy the trampoline! If it had been a little warmer the outdoor areas with the fireplaces would have been great to use. I can imagine that it would be excellent in the warm weather with its beautiful pool and attached dock. My only complaint would be that we were surprised that such a high quality place would offer such low grade fairly small bath towels! While this was surprising it did not take away from our overall great experience!

Quiet Get Away Close to Blue Ridge

We were in need of a much needed get away and Rocky Point provided this in spades! From the moment we arrived we began to relax. The home is gorgeous and just as wonderful as pictured! All the materials and furnishings were top notch and contributed to the luxury feeling we received. Heather responded very quickly to any questions we had. The view- day and night- of the lake was wonderful and the hot tub and cabana areas were great places to seclude to and relax. The evening views and time spent after dark, were just as wonderful as the time we spent during the day. The home is just a 10 minute drive to anything you could want, if you can make yourself leave this oasis!! A great place if you want luxury with seclusion but also want to engage with Blue Ridge when you desire. We will definitely rebook and stay at Rocky Point again soon!!

A home to always remember!

My family and I had one of the most memorable Thanksgiving Holidays and this home is a big part of why. As we stepped inside the house, it felt so inviting, cozy and warm. The home itself was bright and cheery and we loved how it was an open space to all gather around in. The rooms were extra spacious and the home has been so well kept. But the cherry on top was definitely the outdoor space. We are from Fl, so to be able to enjoy being outside and have sufficient space for a family of 14 was very unique. The views of the lake was exquisite. We are hoping to enjoy this home again in the future during the summer time. Thank you for always responding to my questions so promptly. We are grateful to you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Pictures done do it Justice!

We stayed for 5 nights with our family and a couple of friends and their families as well. The property was beautiful and definitely one to remember. We’ve been traveling up to north Georgia/Tennessee every year and have stayed in quite a few ver nice cabins over the years but this one was definitely up at the top. Would love to come back in the summer and fully be able to enjoy the pool area as it was a bit chilly but still had a couple nice days to swim and used the hot tub every night. One of my favorite features was the Sonos sound system throughout the entire property that you could control from your phone. If you love music you will see what I mean. Lorrie was very accommodating and whenever I had a question or concern it was taken care of right away. Will be checking into the other properties on The Kristy Collection to see where else we’d like to stay. Overall was a wonderful trip, made some great memories with the kiddos and would recommend 100%

We had such a great time at this lake house! The place is super cute and decorated beautifully, and we felt comfortable right away. The pool was perfect for relaxing and hanging out, and the whole vibe of the house made it easy to just enjoy our weekend. Everything we needed was there, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. We definitely didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!
