The outstandingly helpful staff was gracious and gave me excellent assistance as a solo traveler. As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino. "The hotel is in a great location, and our room had a partial view of the sea. The bed, unfortunately, was not as comfortable as I think it could be. It was relatively hard, and we had two double beds, rather than a full-size bed. Service was good as was the breakfast."

"A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly. We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people. Can’t recommend more highly ❤️"
