[THE SPACE] This 300 sq. ft. studio is best suited for 2 adults and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults.
The space can host up to 4 guests only if the group includes 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be too tight, so please consider the compact size when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

[HOUSE RULES] ☞By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, additional rules, and disclosures listed.
1. NO SMOKING • Ocean Sands is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only on the beach or by the fence along Fort Macon Road, away from all common areas, including the gazebos. • Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community. •A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply.
2. PET POLICY •No animals permitted in this unit due to owner allergies. • Pet-friendly units are available — guests traveling with animals should not book this unit and may request assistance finding a suitable alternative. • Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or a $200 additional cleaning fee.
3. PARKING PASS & KEYS • One (1) parking pass is provided. A second pass may be arranged prior to your stay for $25. • Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a pass are subject to towing. • Parking passes are HOA-controlled items. A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes. • Guests are responsible for all keys. •$100 lockout fee | $50 lost key replacement fee • Lockouts occurring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM will require the guest to arrange and pay for a locksmith.
4. STORM DOOR • The storm door must be closed immediately when entering or exiting the unit. • Due to strong coastal winds, guests are responsible for any damage caused by failure to properly secure the door.
5. OCCUPANCY POLICY • Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted. •The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest. •All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in.
6. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required.
7. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred.
8. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, agent, property management, Ocean Sands HOA, and Board of Directors from claims or damages arising from their stay.
9. The host, owner, or authorized representatives may enter the unit during reasonable hours for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. Emergency and health/safety checks may occur without prior notice, similar to hotel practices.

Perfect location, very clean upon arrival. Beach was never crowded so it’s as advertised as private. You won’t find a better place to stay at this price.
The unit was great! Clean and compact but nice for two adults and two kids. The air conditioner and dehumidifier made the inside atmosphere perfect. No musty smells or dampness. The pool area was so clean and the water was crystal clear and just the right temperature. Nice beach view and access. Great location to shops and food.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, just as advertised, smooth check in/check out process, and fantastic location. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
My sisters and I had a blast staying so close to the ocean with great 2nd floor ocean views, showers, gazebos and pool. The shells are excellent and beach so deserted and quiet.
It was a perfect place for the two of us to getaway for the the weekend. Perfectly clean inside with everything we needed including beach chairs. The bed was a little too soft for us but a great place overall. Nice to have private beach access too!
We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for 3-4 people. Very clean and close to everything… shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, go carts, etc. The pool was clean and not crowded, but the best part was being just a few steps from the beach! We will definitely stay here again!
This was perfect for two people and the beach was less than 5 minute walk. Loved that the beach in this area was not crowded due to no public access near by. The condo was very clean and situated close enough to be able to walk to restaurants or shops.
This stay was perfect from start to finish. The location is great, short walk to the beach, checkin and out process was easy breezy, and I’ve stayed a lot of different places… mattress matters trust me, this one was so comfy! Lol very satisfied 🙂
We decided at last minute to take a quick trip , never having been to Atlantic beach before and we loved it. This place was perfect for us. It was super clean and decorated nicely. Would definetly stay again.
This unit was perfect for my son and I to get away to the beach for a few days. Location was perfect, right on the beach, and the unit was as pictured/described. We will definitely be back!!
This space is perfect for a couple to get away for a quick weekend, and I'd stay for longer if I could. It's tiny and cute and clean and just the right size for two. So easy to get into Morehead City for yummy food and fun entertainment. And a very quick walk over a well-kept boardwalk to get to the beach. We will definitely go back.
Comfy, clean condo with all the basics. Short walk from unit to a very nice beach. Beach chairs provided. Lots of restaurant choices nearby or a short drive to Morehead City. Nice that basic cable was available as there was a bit of rain during my stay; also can stream. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend going to Beaufort and taking the ferry to Shackleford Island. Would definitely recommend this unit for a single person or couple.

Back part of rental where bed and bathroom are located stays pretty warm even with air conditioning cranked.
Despite the above, it was quiet, family oriented and overall nice place to stay with great property managers too!
Clean and comfortable. Unit C251 is a small studio bu perfect because it was just me. Property is right on beach and very quiet and low-key. Gas station, grocery store right nearby and close to Emerald Isle and 20 mins to Beaufort. Loved every minute!
