"Our rental was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The property had much to offer as far as activities and things to do. The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us."

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. There is also construction on site at times. The place seemed newly renovated which was nice. The issues above didn't prevent us from having a solid stay but just worth being aware of before you book "

"Picture appeared as though there was a patio connected to the room, but there wasn’t. And, outside of the owner’s control, construction was happening in the room next to us so resting in the afternoons was difficult for my autistic kiddo. Otherwise the room was great, pet friendly, and at an awesome location. "
