We're sorry to hear you where not able to enjoy your stay. Please bring any concerns you may have straight to our reception staff, so we may try and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will look into all the repairs that have been done in your room, and plaster of any new cracks have appeared. Thankyou for bringing the damaged lock to our attention, we will get someone out to fix it. We will also talk to our house keeping staff to remind them to vacuum the lounges thoroughly. As for the milk, we have free milk portions availble in our reception fridge. We also have cutlery available at request, but do not stock it in the rooms. We removed them from the rooms during COVID, and unfortuanlty the majority of our crockery got destroyed the fire and have not yet been replaced.

Once again we would like to apologise for all the distressed caused during the break-ins. This is not a common occurrence, but we have increased our security. This has prevented any more break-ins from occurring and offered some peace of mind to our guests and staff. The offenders have been caught and are set for trial later this month. We do hope that this one horrible experience does not prevent you from coming again, and enjoying a full and relaxing holiday by the spa.

We do have larger rooms available, such as the Deluxe King and Deluxe Studio King, which are 24m2 and 26m2 respectively. While we do encourage all guests to ensure there vehicles are locked and any valuables are kept safely inside, I can assure you our motel is safe. I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We have indicated in several ways that we do not currently have any meals available due to a major fire. If in future you would prefer to stay in a newer type of room, as parts of our motel are over 60 years old, I would recommend booking a Deluxe Studio room.

We do advertise that the basic single room is small. If you would rather a larger room I would recommend booking a Deluxe King Room or a Deluxe Studio King Room as they are much larger. All of the deluxe rooms has out the front parking, but if that is something you require in basic single room - let us know at booking and we will try our best to assign you a room that will best suit your needs.

I am sorry to hear your room was missing was some items, we will talk to our housekeeping staff and remind them to double check everything is in place for when guests arrive. However, if they do happen to miss something, please let us know at reception so we can replace the missing items. As for the delay in refund - we did unfortunately experience some technical issues when trying to process the refund. We did make several calls to you, one the line was busy and the other you answered.

We have been experiencing some issues with our TVs having to have the channels rescanned after a previous guest has altered the settings.
