"This property is located in an area where parking is nonexistent, unless you drive to an oto park far from the hotel. There are many shops and cafes around the area. Rooms at this hotel have basic amenities minus a TV. There is a restaurant and a bar as well. The two staff we encountered were very helpful and the male speaks English. "

The property is cozy, with a small patio pool and a few chaise lounges. We couldn’t use it due to weather, but it looks like a great spot in warmer months. Location is a major advantage—you’re literally steps from Urla Sanat Sokağı, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a quiet setting. The hosts are also very engaging. If you take the time to talk with them, they’re happy to share their story and local recommendations, which adds a more personal dimension to the stay. Overall, a well-executed boutique hotel with genuine hospitality. I would definitely return."
