The best area to stay in Morávka is the valley around the Morávka River, particularly near the village centre or slightly further up towards the Morávka Dam.

This area is the heart of the Morávka valley, characterised by rolling hills, forests, and the river itself. You'll find a scattering of guesthouses, chalets, and a few local eateries along the main road, often with views of the surrounding Beskydy Mountains. The Morávka Dam is a prominent landmark, offering scenic walks.

Families will find this area particularly appealing due to the abundance of outdoor activities right on their doorstep. Many accommodations offer direct access to hiking and cycling trails suitable for all ages, and the river provides opportunities for paddling or simply enjoying nature. There are also designated picnic spots and playgrounds dotted throughout the valley.

For couples seeking a peaceful escape, staying in one of the more secluded chalets or guesthouses a little further from the village centre can be ideal.
