"We booked this property for a last minute get away and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was cute and clean. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Parking was great and it was wonderfully situated close to shopping & restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom could use updating, but that maybe in the works as it sounds like the property may have changed hands recently? This isn’t the Ritz-Carlton nor should people expect it to be. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Beach Hut. It was still cool during our stay so the sunroom area was perfect to enjoy the view of the lake. Very convenient location to St. Ignace. Comfortable beds and furniture for days at the house. Would definitely stay again."

House is located next to the industrial cleaning facility that does all the laundry for the hotels.It is secluded, which is nice, and right near downtown Mackinaw City."
