The house itself is nice and large. The exterior of the property has not been taken care of. Getting to the property is the biggest problem as it is a winding one lane dirt road. At the last turn-off, there is a very steep drop down and then a one-lane bridge. In a small car, the car will bottom out and scrape the bottom.
