"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

The staff was somewhat helpful although the third night we were there my friend was asked where she was sleeping since the room they gave us ( the best one according to them) was only a three person room even though the reservation was for four!!!!! "I stayed at the Prince Hotel as part of a trip to Busan. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very nice location."

"Our reservation didn’t show up properly on their system so the clerk made us wait about 20 minutes to find it. Instead of Orbitz it appeared as Expedia. Then we were given the keys to a wrong room that had a strong smell of cigarette. We had to go back to request the correct room."
