"We requested a ground floor room , however it was a huge mistake , tv was not working the whole weekend, bathroom is absolutely filthy , shower has mould , I've never had to shower in a 4 star with shoes !!! Always a first, filthy under the bed , I would just give the Hotel a total miss , they offered to move us to another room but 1 person was elderly and stairs was not an option. There were other places more affordable , I wish I booked there."

"Early morning disturbing noise. 6am someone dropped heavy equipment twice, next to my room window. Two big steel doors slamming loud early morning. At 8:30am the room service knocked on my door. I thought check out is 10 am !!"
