The grocery store is a 15 minute walk (or few minute drive) and the bakery around the corner is fabulous!We had a problem locating the property as the front picture is not the apartment itself!"

"Schöne Wohnung in älterem, aber sehr gepflegtem Wohnkomplex.Hat alles was man braucht, ist platzoptimiert eingerichtet. Für uns 4, bei durchwachsenem Wetter, hier und da dann doch etwas klein. Ein klares Plus war das kleine Schwimmbad und die sehr große und moderne Sauna im Nachbargebäude! Kommunikation und Check-in waren super unkompliziert."

"Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung . Badezimmer etwas klein aber es geht alles. Das es zwei Terrassen gibt war besonders toll. Morgens mit dem Kaffee und Buch auf der einen Terasse Abend auf der anderen wo dann die Somme war. Sehr ruhige Lage , aber mit dem Fahrrad oder auch Auto schnell mitten im geschehen . "This property was ideal for us as an older couple. It is in a very quiet area just outside Boltenhagen itself. The house is compact and on one level (apart from a couple of steps). The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly functional. Plenty of towels supplied. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. Dagmar and Rainer spent some time talking us through various options for visits in an area which was new to us (eg Schloss Bothmer, Wismar, Rostock, Luebeck)....

"My two friends and I (plus two dogs) had a great stay here. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Otherwise everything was perfect! Would come again and would recommend to friends and family."
